New customers will be subject to a thorough Identification Verification process in order to reduce the risk of loss by the company.

All information submitted as part of the verification and application process will be treated in the strictest confidence. This will

include a passport or drivers license and another form of Proof of address recent within the last two months.

The Cam Connect also reserve the right to use the Customers information as part of an investigation into any loss of equipment that

may occur or in any perceived breach of the terms and conditions.

The equipment on hire shall remain the absolute property of The Cam Connect and the Hirer has no right, title or interest in the

equipment, except that it is hired to the customer for an agreed period, with the customer accepting responsibility for the safekeeping

of the equipment whilst in their possession.

The equipment must be returned by the customer in the same condition in which it was received and in good working order. Where

equipment is returned with missing components, the hirer shall ensure that said components are returned to the company by our

approved courier service within 48 hours of the Pickup date. If the components have not been returned by this time and no

agreement has been made, the customer may be liable for extra charges. This includes but is not limited to batteries, memory cards,

tapes, cases and other ancillary items connected to the equipment.

THE HIRER IS HIRING THIS PRODUCT(S) UNDER FULL KNOWLEDGE THAT S/HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE

FOLLOWING;

  1. EXCESS AND DAMAGE.
  2.  SAFEKEEPING OF ALL PARTS / LOSS.
  3. THEFT (EXCESS FEE £500).

Same day delivery is available in London, on orders before 12 noon in specific areas around London (Please enquire within to

confirm locations).

By agreeing to this terms and conditions you accept The Cam Connect may charge an administration fee of £25 for handling any of

the offences listed above. I agree that a cash deposit respective to the products received will be taken by The Cam Connect prior to

the hire of any products and you will be refunded within 48 hours is that no problems have occurred during the duration of which

the products is hired.

Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and debit card (switch, solo, maestro and visa electron) or a full cash

payment. A late charge is applicable at the equivalent daily rate if a product is returned over an hour late, without any notification of

lateness. If any incidents were to occur whilst the products are in hiring, I, the customer agree that my deposit should be contributed to

the excess fee and I agree to pay the remaining balance up to the total amount of repair.

If you are involved in any incidents with products owned by The Cam Connect, you must notify us immediately.

All bookings cancelled less than 48 hours from the Collection date and time is non-refundable. Please note if appropriate ID, the

necessary payment/deposit is not produced at the time of pick up, or the terms and conditions are not adhered to in any way the hire

cannot proceed, no refunds will be made. Cancellations can be made via SMS, phone call or email.
